Two events were held that were preceded with hard work of our event department with hundreds of miles crossed, wrestling with the administration and countless Baklavas eaten. Fortunately, it paid off, it can be confirmed by thousands of spectators. Firstly, on the the Belgrade slope style race of Red Bull Vozi B.R.E., best world bike riders measured their power in jumping over barriers and bridges of the old fortress Kalemegdan. Only a day later, the first be-ha Red Bull Soapbox was held in Sarajevo. O, and what many wonders could be seen there, you can only imagine!

The track was mild, so the drivers had to work really hard to reach their goal. Before the race the viewers could examine the vehicles and meet their imaginative creators. The rules of the competition were simple: the creativity of the vehicles, an eye-catching performance before the ride, and the velocity of the slope were all graded. The judging panel, Tajana Koren, Ivan Šola, Hrvoje Appelt, Tomislav Hohnjec and Miroslav Mironović, all had to work really hard before making their minds up about the winner. This entertaining event won over the audience and maybe also inspired them to enter future Soapbox competitions. In the end, the judges were won over by the Shipwreck team from Osijek, which took home first prize! These young people from Osijek had already proved their creativity by winning awards at the Flugtag 2002 and the Red Bull creative competition 2003! Second place was won by Carnivorous Plant from Varaždin, while third was won by GMO Carrot from Zagreb. Th award for the fastest team goes to GMO Babies from Split. Congratulations to all the teams on their courage and creativity!!

A lot of nice events with lots of nice people attending them! And a lot of media coverage! Have we already mentioned that the Flugtag in Dubrovnik was headline news on CNN? Or that the Soapbox was the event of the season in Ljubljana? Or that Jump&Freeze . . . But, we´ll leave that for another time!
