Challenge

To build up the T-Com image by promoting versatility, innovative services and customer care.

During 2007 T-Com, the leading phone operator with a market share of over 85%, was aggressively attacked by its competition, which started acquisitioning its users with direct sales.

Solution

The advantages of T-Com phone services were individually presented in 4 TV ads. A famous actor, Ivo Gregurević, perfectly portrayed a regular user who is ambushed by the competition’s sales personnel, vividly explaining what is actually hidden behind the big offers and promises of the competition.

Result

The campaign positively influenced T-Com’s image and strengthened the perception of trustworthiness, openness and honesty, while fulfilling users’ expectations.
