Challenge

To advertise a sales initiative
that will restart the 'frozen'
real estate market.

Solution

A joint initiative of Raiffeisen bank, investors and furniture makers in which they all decided to drop their prices was named A Space for a Turnover. This strong (revolutionary) turnover increased threefold using the synergy of all participants: the citizens' buying power, the real estate selling power and the resilience of the national economy towards the recession.

Result

Sales goals have been exceeded by 133% and,
in spite of the recession, became an exceptionally
good piece of news on the real estate market.
